Shown here is a table of editing sites. You can filter the sites you are interested in, and when you click on them, the sequences of the upstream and downstream parts of bp will be displayed. At the same time, by clicking the button below the sequence, you can view the predicted secondary structures before and after the editing. You can select multiple sites, but they must all be within the same Gene and not more than 1000 bp apart.
